1. Eligibility
Full refund: If PRP fails to initiate work after advance payment.

Partial refund (up to 50%): If cancellation occurs after work begins but before delivery.

No refund: After project delivery or if the Client breaches terms.

2. Process
Submit a refund request via [info@phdresearchpartner.com] within 7 days of issue.

Refunds processed within 14 business days via original payment method.

Note: Revision requests do not qualify for refunds
